Moon Cycle Circles offer a two-part gathering for girls aged 9 to 13, designed to explore menstruation and puberty in a supportive, empowering environment. Rooted in the values of connection, celebration, and learning, this course invites participants to rewrite the narrative around this important life transition, fostering a deep sense of belonging and self-trust.

By joining the Moon Cycle Circles, participants step into a community of girls who are embracing a new story—one that honors the natural rhythms of life and celebrates the wisdom of the body. Together, we create a foundation of trust, knowledge, and connection that will serve them for years to come.
The Experience:
Guided by experienced facilitators, each session weaves storytelling, hands-on activities, and heartfelt conversations. Girls will:

Together, we honor life’s transitions, fostering a culture of mutual support and empowerment.
