Generation Circle

Our mission is to bring individuals of different ages and cultural backgrounds together to learn from one another and build connections that create positive shifts in the community and in our personal lives.

The sharing of stories was once used to pass down wisdom from one generation to another. Intergenerational relationships were valued and considered an important quality of a vibrant community. We want to encourage this way of living in the community of Anchorage, Alaska.

Amy Rupp was inspired to create Generation Circle as a way to support her work with youth and with women. She has witnessed the amazing gifts that are created when individuals sit in circle and share their story. Working with others, she plans to co-create gatherings that empower and support young and old to live an intentional and connected life.

We were never meant to raise our children alone. Many of us long for more support or a consistent group of friends that we can connect with regularly.

Seedling School is focused on the idea that we need others more than our given social structures allows.

Seedling school explores the idea that consistency of showing up with the same group of people over time creates special bonds that support our personal wellness.
