Guiding Framework

Amy weaves together support for matrescence through the Mama Rising philosophy, nervous system awareness, and creative practices inspired by The Artist’s Way for parents. This blended approach honors the transition into parenthood as a time of deep change, while supporting regulation, self-understanding, and connection. Together, these elements create space for growth, creativity, and a more supported way of being with both self and child.

Pods meet weekly for seven consecutive weeks, creating a rhythm of relationship building.

Joining a Family Pod also includes membership in The Forest Collective, an extended community of over 30 families who gather throughout the year for seasonal celebrations, weekly meetups, shared traditions, and ongoing connection through the Forest Collective WhatsApp group. In many ways, it functions like a mother membership community, offering not only gatherings and activities, but an ongoing circle of relationships, support, shared resources, and connection woven into everyday life.

Meet-up Locations: South Anchorage Park - most likely Forsythe, Taku, Kincaid or John’s Park

Investment: $175

This pod is for mothers and caretakers (dads are welcome too!) with children of all ages, from newborns and up. The mixed ages create a natural rhythm where older children help care for younger ones, and older kids also get to return to play, explore, and be in the woods.

If this feels like the right space for you, you’re welcome to join directly. Once you sign up, we’ll reach out with next steps and pod placement.

If you’d like to connect before joining, you can schedule a short call to ask questions and get a feel for the experience.
