Prenatal Pods:
The transition into parenthood begins long before a child arrives. It often starts quietly, as an inner shift, a reorientation toward care, responsibility, and imagining life in a new way.
This stage, often called matrescence, is not a single moment but a gradual unfolding.
Joining a pod offers a place to begin. A space to explore this emerging identity, build relationships, and step into the path of becoming, with support already around you.
Building Your Village Before Baby Arrives
Together, we focus on building connection before the baby arrives, so support is already taking shape rather than being built in the intensity of postpartum. After the baby arrives, there will also be opportunities to reconnect as a group, allowing the pod to continue in a new form as you each move through early postpartum and beyond.
Whether this is a first pregnancy or one of many, each pod brings together people in a similar season of life, creating space for connection, shared experience, and support as they prepare to welcome a new baby.

What We Explore
Together
In our time together, we explore:
The nervous system, the changes to our bodies and ways to support regulation through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
Meaningful conversations around roles, identities, and relationships
Foundations of postpartum care, so you can enter that season with intention
Building relationships with others in a similar season of life. What does a village look and feel like, what can we do to create a foundation of belonging
