Types of Pods

At the heart of Nature Song are pods, small, consistent groups of people who come together over time to build relationships and share experiences.

This pods centers the transition into parenthood, offering connection, reflection, and support during a time that is both tender and transformative. Conversations often explore identity shifts, values, relationships, and preparing for birth and early parenting.

Designed for those in the early months after birth. This pod hold the reality of new parenthood, the physical and emotional transitions, and the need for support during this time. It offers a place to be honest, to be held in community, and to move through the early stages of parenting alongside others.

A space for caregivers, especially mothers, navigating the ongoing journey of raising children. With a strong emphasis on supporting the nervous system, participants are invited to deepen their internal awareness, helping them feel more grounded and present in their experience. There is space to reflect on everyday experience of caring for children, while staying connected to self and community.

Joy Pods are part meetup, part FUN-raiser to raise money for scholarships for mothers and offer care to community members when needs arise.

Each gathering brings together 7 to 15 people for a guided experience of laughter, connection, and a few surprises, think summer camp for adults, a space to shake off stress and connect in a meaningful way.
