Postnatal Pods

The baby has arrived. And with that, a whole new rhythm begins.

There is so much focus on caring for your baby, meeting their needs, finding your way through long days and nights. And at the same time, there is another layer that often goes unseen.

Your transition into motherhood.

The postpartum season is not just about recovery, it is about integration. It is a time of deep adjustment, where your identity continues to shift, your nervous system is stretched, and your need for support becomes even more real.

Infant Pods are a space to land in this season with others who are living it alongside you. A place where you are held in the fullness of this time, by those who are living it as well.

In our time together, we explore:

  • The nervous system and how to find regulation amidst the demands of caring for an infant

  • Postpartum, including emotional shifts, identity changes, and mental wellness

  • Feeding, sleep, and daily rhythms, not from a place of pressure, but from curiosity and support

  • Navigating the evolving dynamics of your relationship to yourself and others

  • what it means to live in community with others and build connection with others in the same season and those in the Forest

How the Pods Form

Four times a year, pods are formed for families with infants under six months old. Pods brings together people in a similar season of life, creating space for connection, shared experience, and steady support in the early months of parenting.

The Rhythm

  • A guided 7 Week, 1.5 hour gathering for mothers by Amy Rupp

Each week offers a different theme around:

  • Weeks 1 to 5
Each week includes a personal check-in, a guiding theme or question, and an exploration of matrescence, offering language and context for the transition into parenthood.

  • Weeks 6 and 7
These weeks focus on connection and community-building. With guided prompts and activities, we explore how trust is formed, what support can look like, and how your pod may want to continue beyond this space. This is a collaborative and evolving process rather than a fixed structure.
