Middle School Rising - An Incoming 6th Grade Camp

This three-day camp is designed to support girls entering sixth grade as they navigate the big transition to middle school. It offers emotional tools, positive peer role models, and a safe space to ask questions, share experiences, and build confidence. The camp also provides a wonderful opportunity to meet future classmates before the school year begins.

For many, moving from a small elementary school to a much larger middle school can feel overwhelming. While it’s an exciting milestone, it often brings uncertainty and social changes as students from different schools come together. This camp aims to make that transition smoother, helping girls feel more prepared and confident.

Each day is filled with engaging activities like group games, art projects, nature walks, and team challenges, encouraging creativity and connection. Through thoughtful group discussions and team-building exercises, participants can express their hopes, fears, and questions openly. Together, they’ll explore important topics such as peer pressure, friendship, self-acceptance, and navigating social media—all within a supportive and judgment-free environment.
